the location was great, really close to victoria station. the staff were super friendly and helpful. the tech in the room was cool, like the adjustable bed and the handy phone. breakfast was decent, just wish it was on a plate instead of a takeaway box. overall, the vibe of the hotel was nice and modern.
the room was way too small and we were really disappointed. also, there was no hot water one morning which was a huge bummer.

The hotel features unique shower panels that switch from clear to opaque.
The shower could have been larger for a more comfortable experience.

the room was a bit tiny and there were charging stations that didn’t work. also, the shower coulda been bigger.

The room was clean and comfy, but it felt
a bit small for the price. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore London. I appreciated the friendly staff, but the limited breakfast options left me wanting more variety.

Great location, stylish vibe!
We spent 4 nights in a Small Queen Room and it was pretty awesome! The vibe of the place is super stylish. The staff was super friendly. Loved chilling in the bar area for in-room breakfast. Only downside is that the room was a bit tricky for getting work done.

Couple's Refined Retreat
You know it was pretty great. The bed was a total game changer, like, you could adjust it right from your side, perfect for when I wanted to prop up and read a bit after a long day. And the staff? They rolled out the red carpet, welcoming my daughter with a hand-written note. it made her feel like a queen.
Sure, it wasn’t exactly cheap, but that's the price for comfort, right?

Had a blast with my friends! We caught a show at the Apollo Victoria Theatre and took a relaxing stroll in Hyde Park. The location was spot on for everything we wanted to do. The staff was very helpful too, making our stay smooth. Just a heads up, the rooms are small, perfect just for sleeping after a long day out.
One issue we had was with the breakfast not being as varied as we expected. It was mostly breads and cereals, with a pretty limited selection of fruit. Not a dealbreaker, but could be better for those who want more options.
